If running under a Standard User with the UAC enabled and temporarily elevating to Administrator Rights may result in the proper shortcuts not being installed correctly

If the last install was done with the old setup program that came in a zip file, when updating to a newer version, uninstall the previous version and then install the
new version. All your settings will be retained.

The new setup program does not require you to uninstall the old program first.
