Windows Vista Users - Only
This install program must be run with an Administrator Account.

If running under a Standard User with the UAC enabled and temporarily elevating to Administrator Rights may result in the proper shortcuts not being installed correctly.

With the new installer you do not have to uninstall before installing the new a new version.

If your last install was with the old installer (came in zip file), please uninstall before using the new installer (an exe file) .

Notes: A file named MDAC_TYP.exe will be installed in the same folder as the software. This file is Microsoft product. (Microsoft Data Access Components). Depending on the configuration of your windows installation you may need to install this package. See the readme.txt contained in the download package. If you receive errors when trying to access the logbook functions, please install this package. Read more here
